Wedding Makeup On Location

Like most brides, you’re likely to have a lot on your mind on your wedding day. Rest assured, Danielle West and her professional artistry team can make things easier. Instead of taking your bridal party to a salon, why not let us come to you? We specialize in on-location beauty services for all of Vancouver, Toronto and the surrounding areas.
 

Booking and Payment Terms

*A booking is not confirmed until a signed contract is received and the deposit has been paid in full.
*Deposits are 50% of the total cost and are non-refundable.
*DEPOSITS- Accepted methods of payment include: Cash, Cheque, Paypal and Interac Email Transfers
*FINAL BALANCE- Accepted methods of payment include: Cash, Paypal, and Interac Email Transfers.  Cheques are NOT accepted on the event date.
*At this time we can only accept major credit cards payments via Paypal or E-Transfers.
*FYI: All payments made via Paypal will be subject to a fee in the amount of 2.9% of the total amount if paying using your credit card.  Paypal payments that come directly from your banking account will not incur any additional fees.
*All final payments made using Paypal or a Bank E-Transfer must be paid at least 24hrs before the booking date or we have the sole right to cancel your booking.
*All final payments if paid with a cheque must be received no later than 3 business days before the booking date or we have the sole right to cancel your booking.
 

Wedding Day Services

*All of our makeup artists travel to your location on the wedding day.   Travel fees may apply for locations further than 10km outside of Downtown Vancouver and Downtown Toronto. 
*Packages include false lashes for the bride.  Lashes for the Bridal Party are an additional $10
*Full Day Makeup and Hair Packages are also available, please request additional information if interested. 
*Touch-Up/Look Change packages are also available, please request additional information if interested.
*Weddings with an early start before 7am may be subject to additional fees.
*For Weddings taking place between April and October we have a minimum $500 booking policy.  Please note that the minimum booking fee does not apply to Downtown weddings.
*Parking fees are required to be paid by the bride for all weddings/events. You may charge the parking fee to your hotel room for your convenience, or it will be added to your final invoice.
 

Cancellation Terms

*All deposits are non-refundable.  We retain the right to hold the deposit if any booking is cancelled.
*If the client cancels their booking 30 days or less before the scheduled event they will be responsible for the remaining balance owed on the signed contract.
*Any changes made to the number of people or services that result in a reduced rate need to made no  less than 30 days prior to the scheduled event or the Client will be held responsible for all services originally agreed upon under the terms of the contract.
 

Booking Deposits and Final Payments

*To reserve your stylist, a deposit of 50% of the total services will be required to officially book your date.  
*Bookings are reserved on a first come first serve basis.  Booking dates are not held until the deposit has been paid in full and a contract has been signed.  We will hold an event request for one week but if no deposit has been paid at the end of the week the requested date will be released for other clients.
