Booking and Payments
*A booking is not confirmed until a signed contract is received and the deposit has been paid in full.
*Deposits are 50% of the total cost and are non-refundable.
*Accepted methods of payment include: Cash, Cheque, Paypal and Interac Email Transfers
*At this time we can only accept major credit cards payments via Paypal or E-Transfers but this may be subject to fees which you are responsible for paying.
*All final payments made using Paypal or a Bank E-Transfer must be paid at least 24hrs before the booking date or we have the sole right to cancel your booking.
*All final payments if paid by cheque must be received no later than 3 business days before the booking date or we have the sole right to cancel your booking.
* Please note that we have a 24hr cancellation policy for trials and appointments-$50 will be added to your invoice for any last minute cancellations and no shows.
Wedding Day Services
*All of our makeup artists travel to your location on the wedding day. Travel fees may apply for locations further than 10km outside of Downtown Toronto and Downtown Vancouver.
*Bridal packages include classic false lashes. Lashes for all others are an additional $10 for classic Lashes or $30-$40 for Premium 100% Mink Lashes.
*Full Day Makeup and Hair Packages are also available, please request additional information if interested.
*Touch-Up/Look Change packages are also available, please request additional information if interested.
*$25 for every 30mins of additional waiting time where we are not able to work will be charged on the wedding day.
*Weddings with an early start before 7am may be subject to additional fees.
*For Weddings taking place between April and October we have a minimum booking fee of $700. Please note that this does not include Weddings taking place in Downtown Vancouver.
*Parking fees will be charged for all hotel, downtown and metered locations.
*All deposits are non-refundable. We retain the right to hold the deposit if any booking is cancelled.
*If the client cancels their booking 30 days or less before the scheduled event they will be responsible for the remaining balance owed on the signed contract.
*Any changes made to the number of people or services that result in a reduced rate need to made no less than 30 days prior to the scheduled event or the Client will be held responsible for all services originally agreed upon under the terms of the contract. The deposits are non-refundable.
